aware individuals worldwide aim to increase carbon efficiency by taking some fundamental steps. In
Turkey, the overwhelming opinion is that legislature is necessary to take such large steps in sustainable
logistics. The Ministry of Public Works and Settlement has started its progress in this area, with regulations set in 2012 and to take effect in 2015. About Green Lojistik Danışmanlık Green Lojistik is an Izmir, Turkey based consulting firm advising companies and foreign investors on
supply chain management, eco-efficient transport and logistics management, policy making, energy and fuel
management, collaborative network development and sustainable procurement. In addition to consultation,
and in partnership with the European Supply Chain Institute, we also provide accreditation to those
organisations in Turkey that demonstrate carbon reduction solutions as well as those that manage their
emissions to obtain more environmentally friendly logistics processes. We provide green logistics trainings
for companies as well as promote anti fuel theft devices.
